Spirits Defined by their stories, not a category
We believe flavours that define people and places should dictate the creation of a spirit, not the other way around.
That’s why we don’t limit ourselves to traditional spirit categories when creating our recipes.
Starting with the idea of a ‘botanical spirit’ - we let the flavours shine in the way that best represents the story we’re trying to tell.
Sometimes we land on a type of gin, sometimes the spirit becomes it’s own unbridled, exciting manifestation - the possibilites are endless

Y Vân: The Lost Sounds of Saigon follows the story of Y Vân, one of Vietnam’s biggest composers, and his grandaughter Khoa - as she works to uncover and preserve his long lost music. In this special collaboration - we’ve crafted a botanical spirit that transports you to the Mekong Delta, with a punchy citrus and herbaceous spirit, incorporating toasted Jasmine rice as an nod to the rice bowl of Vietnam.
